Elderly Home Care Services Ealing

Live-in Home Care Ealing

Trusted elderly home care services in Ealing

Our experience at Robin Home Care in the borough of Ealing has shown us that the majority of elderly people, given the chance, would prefer to remain living in their own home, follow their familiar routines and live as independently as they can. We have been recognised by the Care Quality Commission as one of the few home care agencies in England rated as Outstanding and you can trust us to deliver elderly care and support of the highest quality.

Tailored care options putting you in control

As with all of our services, we start by talking with you and your family to understand your situation, your likes and dislikes, your preferences and what you want from a home care service. Part of this process also involves assessing what type of carer, in terms of personality and character would suit you best.

This means you are at the centre of the process of developing and updating your Care and Support Plan, which puts you in charge of all the details of your care and how it will be delivered.

Our personalised support services for elderly care give individuals more choice and control over their environment as well as who will be delivering their care. We aim to give you the power to live a full life in a way that suits you.

Reliable and trustworthy

Once you have agreed your care plan, you can be sure that you will be introduced to your carer team so that you know who they are before they start delivering your care. In addition, we pride ourselves on the fact that we arrive on time to our visits and if, for any reason, there is a delay, our office staff will call you to update you on when your carer will arrive.

To give you and your family peace of mind, we also operate an electronic system, called PASS, using mobile phones. This system monitors when a carer arrives, when they leave and our office staff get immediate notification of the notes the carer makes and other important details such as when medication has been given. This means that we can react quickly to any issue with your care with the aim of promoting your health and wellbeing.

We offer a range of high-quality care services, the details of which are determined by each individual client in their Support plan to ensure we deliver a truly personal experience.  Whilst every Support Plan is different and personalised for each of our clients, the following list will give you an idea of the range of services which could be tailored to your unique needs as part of a domiciliary care package.

Electronic monitoring of our carers and the care delivered to you

Ealing Home Care Service Provider Client App

As part of our service, we use a computerised monitoring system using mobile phones to monitor that our carers arrive on time, carry out all the tasks that you have specified and write notes on how the visit went. If you so wish, access to these notes can be given to family members to ensure that everyone who needs to be informed of how the care is delivered gets access to the information required.

Peace of mind, accountability and transparency are at the core of our systems and processes.

With the App you can:

You can rely on an Outstanding company

Funding options for elderly home care services

The cost of care for older people can vary greatly and will obviously depend on the nature and extent the care that is required. There are a variety of options for funding care including, NHS funding, Continuing Health Care funding, Social Services support directly from your local authority, or you can choose to receive direct payments, in the form of a personal budget, from your local council, or NHS trust and organise the care yourself.
