You are always in control of you care services
We start with a chat with you about your daily routine, your likes, dislikes and what you want to achieve. It may well be that, at first, you will only need limited domestic and housekeeping services but we are very happy to take things at your pace, providing additional quality care services as and when you are ready.
Your integrated Care and Support plan can include the following domestic and housekeeping services;
- Light domestic duties, including dusting and vacuuming
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Changing bed linen and towels
- Sorting out laundry and ironing
- General tidying of your home
- Dropping and collecting dry cleaning as well as other errands
- Prescription collection
- Accompanying you to GP and hospital appointments
- Shopping for groceries and other items that are needed
- Help with meal planning
- Cooking full meals or preparing lighter meals

A tailored Care and Support plan
Together with you, we will devise a tailored Care and Support Plan and match a trained carer with the appropriate personality and character for you. Our carers are trained to be vigilant and responsive to your requirements and are observant enough to recognise and respect all the small details of your care.
We believe that listening carefully to your needs and not missing the small details makes a huge difference to the way you will feel about the care you receive with the aim of helping you to be fulfilled and happy. Once our service starts, you continue to be in control and we will adjust your Care and Support Plan to suit any changing circumstances or a change in the way you want the care delivered.
Electronic monitoring of our carers and the care delivered to you
As part of our service, we use a computerised monitoring system using mobile phones to monitor that our carers arrive on time, carry out all the tasks that you have specified and write notes on how the visit went. If you so wish, access to these notes can be given to family members to ensure that everyone who needs to be informed of how the care is delivered gets access to the information required.
